The room and the view was nice.
Having to take 2 elevators to get to our room was a little inconvenient. The self parking was a little scary too! I think I would recommend valet parking to anyone staying there. I love staying at Sheraton Inns, but I didn't care for this particular hotels set up, so I probably wouldn't stay at this specific hotel again. It was a bit further away from the water, but the walk didn't hurt us too much.
We came back from being out all day and the room hadn't been cleaned so we just got some clean towels. The bed wasn't comfortable like the westins or some of the other hotels we have stayed in. The bed is a very big factor. Otherwise the room was pretty good.
the bed wasn't very comfortable, didn't like starbucks coffee. Slow on maid service.
Buffet Breakfast Professional, Accommodating Staff
The hotel was disgusting. They did not change the sheets even after I pointed it out. I would never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. Gross!!!
Ok location very nice valet staff nice waitress in restaurant
Room was not that clean and furniture was old and dated. When checking in, Theresa was rude and not at all helpful - major attitude Was surprised at added taxes, etc. These should be made apparent on the booking site.
Location was close to Sea World and Balboa Park
It was convenient. Close to the gaslamp district for a much better price than the hotels there and roomier than previous hotels weve stayed at in san diego.
The restaurant was pretty expensive for the product and a pretty small menu at least for dinner.
Loaction was perfect for our trip. The price was very good.
Parking is to expensive. 30 per night for valet parking. 23 per night self parking.
Our welcome by Angelo was most courteous and friendly, he was very helpful and informative. He is an asset to your hotel.
Service and your coffee -
I had an amazing time...I Absolutely recommend it. Plus it was close to the gaslamp district and other areas of interest....
I was looking forward for an outside pool, but the jacuzzi made up for it...
Great customer service
Room is very outdated and smelled musty
It was nice to relax and just hang out.
The parking is horrible. You can choose to park in the garage or on the street. The garage was not big enough to fit my vehicle which would of cost 23 dollars a day. The street has no where to park because of San Diego laws. Which leaves you parking at least 3 blocks away and walking to the hotel not to mention its paid parking meters. The hotel also has a deposit that is required when you check in that is not disclosed when you book the room.
Location was convenient, the property was very attractive. My wife and I plan to return when next in San Diego.
Excellent location to Balboa Park (Zoo, museums etc). Easy access to/from freeways and nearby cities.
Expensive parking $23/day for self park; $30/day for valet. Access to parking garage is odd - scary, steep ramps to hotel parking. Sofa bed in #2018 needs to be replaced. Food & beverage expensive - $16.95 for a breakfast buffet!!
Didn't like that it didn't have a refrigerator on room
